Article 2Definitions
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
- "Website" means the website operated by the Clinic to provide information about the Clinic and its treatments, online booking and consultation, and member services (including all language versions).
- "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the Website and uses its services in accordance with these Terms.
- "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and completed membership registration (including members who signed up through Kakao social sign-up).
- "Non-member" means a person who browses the Website or requests online booking or consultation without registering as a member.

- "Post" means a treatment review or other writing that a member has posted on the Website.
Article 3Posting and Amendment of the Terms
- The Clinic posts these Terms so that anyone can easily view them through the "Terms of Use" link at the bottom of the Website.
- The Clinic may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
- When amending these Terms, the Clinic will announce the effective date and the reasons for the amendment on the Website from 7 days before the effective date. Amendments that are unfavorable to members will be announced from 30 days before the effective date.
- Members who do not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the services and delete their account. If, when giving notice, the Clinic also stated that "members who do not express their refusal by the effective date will be deemed to have agreed," and a member does not express refusal, the member will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Article 4Matters Not Covered by These Terms
Matters not set out in these Terms, and the interpretation of these Terms, are governed by applicable laws and general practice. Matters concerning the processing of personal information are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Article 5Membership Registration
- Membership is established when a person aged 14 or older reviews these Terms and the Privacy Policy, fills out the registration form to apply, and the Clinic accepts the application. Registration is complete when the registration completion screen appears.
- On foreign-language versions, you can register with an international phone number or an email address.
- The Clinic may decline to accept the following applications, or may terminate the user agreement if it learns of them after registration:
- Using another person's name or contact details, or providing false information
- Being under 14 years of age
- Having previously lost membership under these Terms (unless the Clinic has accepted re-registration)
- Other cases where the application cannot be accepted for reasons attributable to the applicant
Article 6Changes to Member Information
Members can view and edit their information on My Page at any time. If the information provided at registration changes, please update it; the Clinic is not responsible for any disadvantage resulting from a failure to update it (such as not receiving booking notices).
Article 7Management of IDs and Passwords
- Members are responsible for managing their ID and password, and must not allow others to use them.
- If you learn that someone else is using your ID or password, please change your password immediately and notify the Clinic.
- The Clinic is not responsible for any disadvantage arising because a member did not give such notice or did not follow the Clinic's guidance.
Article 8Account Deletion and Restriction of Membership
- Members may delete their account at any time under My Page › Delete Account, and the Clinic processes the deletion immediately. If you have an upcoming booking, please cancel it before deleting your account.
- When an account is deleted, the member information is destroyed immediately, past booking records are kept in a form that cannot identify the person, and reviews written by the member are made private.
- The Clinic may restrict, suspend or revoke a member's membership in the following cases:
- Providing false information or misappropriating another person's information when applying for registration
- Repeatedly failing to visit on the booked date without a valid reason, thereby interfering with other users' bookings
- Repeatedly posting content that does not meet the standards in Article 14 Standards for Suspending and Deleting Posts
- Interfering with the operation of the Website, or violating laws or these Terms
Before restricting membership, the Clinic will notify the member of the reason and give them an opportunity to state their opinion. However, where urgent action is needed to protect other users, the Clinic may restrict membership first and notify the member afterward.
Article 9Dormant Members
Members who have not logged in for 1 year become dormant members. Dormant status is lifted immediately when the member logs in again and confirms their identity, and the processing of personal information during dormancy follows the Privacy Policy.
Article 10Services and Changes to Services
The Clinic provides the following services on the Website free of charge.
- Information about the Clinic, its doctors and treatments; notices and the blog
- Online booking and consultation requests, and guest booking lookup
- Member services: viewing before-and-after photos and treatment reviews; My Page (booking and consultation history, member information and notification settings); writing reviews of treatments received during a visit
The Clinic may change or temporarily suspend all or part of the services for reasons such as service improvement or maintenance, equipment failure or natural disasters, and will announce this on the Website when advance notice is possible.
Article 11Nature of Medical Information
- Information about treatments and care on the Website is general information and does not replace examination and treatment by a physician.
- The effects, recovery period and side effects of a treatment may vary from person to person, and whether and how to proceed with a treatment is decided after visiting the Clinic for an examination and consultation with a physician.
- Before-and-after photos and treatment reviews show that individual's results and experience, and do not mean that the same results will appear with the same treatment.
- Consultation replies on the Website are general information given before care, and are not a diagnosis or prescription.
- In an emergency, do not wait for a consultation reply on the Website; please call 119 or go to the nearest emergency room.
- Prices and events shown on the Website are for reference, and actual treatment fees may vary depending on the results of your examination. Fees for non-covered treatments are listed on the Non-covered Treatment Fees page.
Article 12Online Booking and Consultation
- Submitting an online booking or consultation request does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed when the Clinic reviews your request, contacts you and sets the date and time.
- The date and time you request may not be available, or may change, depending on the Clinic's circumstances; in this case, the Clinic will contact you to adjust it.
- Bookings can be changed or canceled up to one day before your visit — by members on My Page, and by non-members through booking lookup (cancellation only). For other changes, and for same-day changes or cancellations, please contact us by phone (02-558-5058).
- Please enter your contact details accurately. If you do not receive the confirmation call because your contact details are incorrect, your booking may not be made.
- If you repeatedly fail to visit on the booked date without a valid reason, your use of online booking may be restricted.
- You must not submit a request using another person's name or contact details, or submit prank or false requests.
Article 13Rights and Responsibilities for Posts (Reviews)
- A treatment review may be written by a member who received that treatment at the Clinic and completed the visit, one per booking.
- Reviews must be written by the members themselves, without embellishment or compensation.
- Copyright in a review belongs to the member who wrote it. The member permits the Clinic to use the review free of charge to the extent necessary to show it to logged-in members within the Website. The Clinic does not use reviews outside the Website (in advertising or other media) without the member's separate consent.
- In accordance with the medical advertising standards of the Medical Service Act, reviews are shown only to logged-in members, and the author's name is partially masked.
- The Clinic does not edit the text of reviews. If changes are needed, the Clinic will tell you the reason for rejection, and you may revise the review and submit it again.
- Responsibility for the content of a review lies with the member who wrote it.
Article 14Standards for Suspending and Deleting Posts
Reviews are published after review by the Clinic. The Clinic may decline to publish (reject) reviews that fall under any of the following, or hide them even after publication, and will notify the member of the reason.
- Reviews that reveal personal information or private matters, such as the contact details or address of the author or another person
- Reviews that slander others or damage their reputation
- Reviews that may cause misunderstanding because they are untrue or exaggerated (including medical advertising expressions prohibited under the Medical Service Act)
- Reviews written in exchange for compensation, or reviews that advertise other medical institutions or products
- Reviews unrelated to the treatment received, or reviews with obscene or illegal content
- Reviews that infringe on the copyright or other rights of others
Members can edit or delete a review before it is approved, and can delete an approved review on My Page at any time.
Anyone whose rights, such as privacy or reputation, have been infringed by a review may ask the Clinic to delete it or take other measures, and the Clinic will handle the request in accordance with Article 44-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. Where a decision is difficult, the Clinic may temporarily hide the review for up to 30 days.
